Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, without additives or manipulation. The wine is handled exclusively by gravity and aged on its lees for 12 months in demi-muids within historic tuffeau limestone cellars.

Tasting Notes: Bright and aromatic with vibrant red berry fruit, cracked black pepper, and delicate floral notes. Juicy and energetic on the palate, with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a silky texture. A fresh, elegant expression of Pineau d’Aunis with a long, spicy finish.
