Vinification: Destemmed Syrah grapes undergo 10 days of maceration in the direct press juice of Grenache. Vinified and aged in stainless steel vats. From a biodynamic plot planted in 2021 on clay-limestone gravel soils at 250 meters altitude.

Tasting Notes: Expressive and vibrant with the exuberance of young Syrah on the nose. On the palate, it is juicy and delicious, with notes of red fruits, violet, and a touch of candy. Fresh, lively, and highly drinkable.
