Vinification: Grapes from a limestone hillside vineyard are harvested, destemmed, and vinified together, with all varieties co-fermented in concrete vats. The wine undergoes about 15 days of maceration with minimal intervention.
Tasting Notes: Medium-bodied with a fresh and vibrant profile. Notes of red and dark fruits are layered with subtle garrigue and herbal tones. The presence of white and grey varieties brings lift and acidity, while a gentle grip adds structure. Balanced, lively, and expressive of a diverse and resilient blend.
