Vinification: From clay-limestone soils with basalt scree at 400 meters altitude. Half of the grapes are destemmed and half directly pressed, with about 10 days of maceration. Vinified in stainless steel vats and aged in barrels.

Tasting Notes: Expressive nose with a touch of vegetal character. On the palate, a warm and sunny profile balances fresh fruit with subtle spice. Rounded and generous, with a lively, rustic charm.
