Producer: LaRuRaL Region: Catalonia, Spain Cépage: 100% Macabeu. Year: 2023.

Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and macerated in stainless steel with about 5 days of skin contact, followed by a gentle pressing. The wine is then aged in fibreglass to keep it fresh and vibrant. Clay-lime soil. Tasting Notes: Expressive and bright with lively acidity. Expect notes of Mediterranean herbs, a touch of salinity, and bursts of exotic fruit. Fresh, light, and energetic, perfect as an easy sipper or to start the evening as an aperitif.
