Producer: Birgit Wiederstein Region: Carnuntum, Austria Cépage: Grüner Veltliner Year: 2022 Vinification: From an extremely old vine growing in the garden of a former village inn. The vine was declared a natural monument on April 5, 1971, when its age was estimated to be between 180 and 200 years. The grapes undergo 6 days of skin maceration to bring texture and depth. Tasting Notes: Delicate and aromatic with fine floral notes and subtle hints of hay. The palate is textured yet elegant, with gentle structure and a distinctive, characterful expression of Grüner Veltliner.
