Vinification: Sauvignon Blanc grapes are destemmed and crushed, fermented for 4 days. Wiesburgunder grapes are pressed and crushed directly, fermented in open vessels with whole grapes. Fermentation takes place in amphorae and small and large barrels, followed by 7 months of maturation.
Tasting Notes: A luminous, translucent golden hue with aromas of white peach, quince, citrus, and fresh green leaves. Well-balanced on the palate with pleasant acidity and rich fruitiness, complemented by bright citrus notes. Smooth in texture with gradually unfolding umami, leaving a lasting impression.
