Vinification: Around 30% Muscat and 5% Malvasia de Sitges are macerated with skins and stems, while 50% Xarel·lo is destemmed and macerated for two weeks without punch-downs or pump-overs. The remaining 15% of Xarel·lo is directly pressed. Half of the wine is aged in stainless steel on fine lees under a veil of flor, while the other half matures for 6 months in 500L French oak barrels previously used for red wine.

Tasting Notes: Light, juicy, and beautifully drinkable with bright notes of citrus peel, fresh herbs, and fennel fronds. Gentle skin contact adds subtle texture without heaviness, while the flor aging brings complexity and freshness. Clean, lively, and effortlessly balanced.
