Producer: Cal Xurriu Region: Penedès, Spain Cépage: Malvasia de Sitges, Xarel·lo, Macabeu Year: 2024 Vinification: Whole clusters are directly pressed, then fermented and aged for 10 months in stainless steel under a veil of flor, adding texture and complexity while preserving freshness. Tasting Notes: Bright and vibrant with notes of lemon, grapefruit, white peach, and pear. Delicate floral aromas of acacia and honeysuckle are complemented by subtle minerality and a hint of white pepper. Crisp and lively on the palate, finishing with refreshing citrus and a gentle saline edge.
