Vinification: Certified organic farming with manual vineyard work. Hand harvested in 10kg boxes, spontaneously fermented with a 15-day infusion. Press and free-run juices are blended directly, followed by 6 months of aging in tank before bottling. Minimal intervention throughout.

Tasting Notes: Pure and fresh, with crisp red fruit, crushed strawberries, raspberries, and a touch of violet. Incredibly fluid and crunchy on the palate, with vibrant freshness and very fine, silky tannins.
