It is aged on its lees for 24 months in oak barrels in historic tuffeau limestone cellars, developing remarkable depth and complexity.Tasting Notes: Powerful yet refined, with layers of ripe orchard fruit, quince, citrus zest, and white blossoms. The extended lees aging brings richness and texture, balanced by vibrant acidity and a long, chalky mineral finish. A complex, age-worthy Chenin Blanc with exceptional elegance.
