L'ARPETTE VOIT ROUGE

Producer: Les Vins de L'Arpette Region: Gaillac, France Cépage: Duras Year: 2022 Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested from clay-limestone soils, destemmed, and macerated for 10 days. The wine is aged on fine lees for 12 months in fiber vats. Tasting Notes: A very slightly reductive nose opens to peppery and cherry aromas. On the palate it is textured yet light, with a tangy, spicy finish. Fresh, approachable, and easy to drink.
