Vinification: Carbonic maceration followed by 10 days of additional maceration. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, then bottled in April 2024. Low alcohol at 10.5%, with a focus on freshness and fruit expression.

Tasting Notes: Light and vibrant with a fresh, crunchy profile. Notes of green and red fruits with a bright, juicy character. Soft structure, lively acidity, and an easy, refreshing finish.
