Producer: Mas Coutelou Region: Languedoc, France Cépage: Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache Year: 2024 Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted. Cinsault from clay-limestone soils is destemmed and fermented in concrete vats with 6 days of maceration. Syrah from clay-limestone soils and Grenache from well-drained, heat-retentive villafranchian soils are destemmed and fermented in concrete vats with 12 days of maceration. Very few punchdowns are carried out to ensure gentle infusion, with nothing added. Tasting Notes: Medium-bodied and fruit-forward with bright red fruit, blackberry, and subtle earthy notes. Smooth and approachable, with a fresh, vibrant character that balances ripeness and minerality.
