Vinification: Grapes are destemmed and undergo a two-week gentle maceration in an egg-shaped concrete vessel, encouraging an infusion-style fermentation. Only the free-run juice is used for a softer, purer expression. The wine is aged on fine lees to build texture and complexity, then bottled by gravity to preserve delicacy.
Tasting Notes: Medium-bodied and soft with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Aromas of peach, apricot, and plum lead the profile, alongside subtle floral notes. Rounded and gentle on the palate with very low acidity, offering a ripe, juicy, and easy-drinking expression.
