Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested from clay-limestone soils, destemmed, and fermented separately in concrete vats with about 6 days of maceration. Very low intervention with zero additives, and the final blend is assembled toward the end of fermentation.
Tasting Notes: Light, playful, and incredibly easy to drink. Juicy red fruit with a fresh, lively character and soft tannins. A true glou-glou style wine, made for fun, casual drinking with a bright and carefree energy.
