Vinification: Produced from the first selection of hand-harvested Chenin Blanc from old vines. The grapes are carefully sorted and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. No additives or manipulation are used, and the wine is handled exclusively by gravity. It is aged on its lees for 12 months in oak barrels before resting in historic tuffeau limestone cellars.

Tasting Notes: Rich yet precise, with notes of ripe pear, quince, citrus, and white flowers. Lees aging adds a creamy texture and subtle complexity, while vibrant acidity and a chalky mineral finish keep the wine fresh and beautifully balanced.
