Vinification: From sandstone soils in Les Vans. Half of the grapes are destemmed and half kept as whole bunches, with 10 days of maceration in stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged for 18 months in barrels.

Tasting Notes: Lightly coppery red in color and clear. The nose shows fresh morello cherry. On the palate, bright tart cherry leads into subtle spice, reflecting the warm, dry vintage. Fresh yet structured, with a distinctive mineral edge from the Ardèche Cévennes soils.
