Producer: Clos Fantine

Region: Faugères, Languedoc, France

Cépage: 40% Carignan, 40% Syrah, 20% Grenache

Year: 2021

Vinification: All grapes are destemmed and undergo spontaneous fermentation with a maceration period of 3 to 4 weeks. The wine is then aged for 18 to 24 months in concrete vats. The vineyard is farmed using conservation agriculture practices focused on soil health and Mediterranean resilience.

Tasting Notes: Fresh and velvety on the palate with a balanced expression of fruit and spice. Aromas of ripe red and dark fruits are layered with subtle peppery and herbal notes. Structured yet smooth, with fine tannins and a long, harmonious finish.
