Minimal intervention preserves freshness and vibrancy. Tasting Notes: Fresh and lively with bright citrus aromas and subtle orchard fruit notes. Light-bodied and energetic, with crisp acidity, gentle texture from the skin contact, and a clean mineral finish. Refreshing and easy to drink, with a vibrant Mediterranean character.
