The wine is made without additives or manipulation, with both the juice and wine moved exclusively by gravity.

Tasting Notes: Fresh and elegant with bright citrus, crisp orchard fruit, and delicate floral notes. The small proportion of Pineau d’Aunis adds a subtle spice and lift, while vibrant acidity and a fine mineral finish keep the wine precise, refreshing, and beautifully balanced.
